Dr. Dalal founded Tej Eye Center (TEC), in the year 2000 with sole motive of helping thousands of people to avoid the scourge of blindness. Under her guidance TEC works with commitment to provide technologically advanced, best quality, comprehensive eye care at affordable cost to all sections of the society.
Trained across prestigious institutions in India, US and EU, Dr. Dalal has the credit of performing more than 50,000+ cataract surgeries across Gujarat using Phacoemulsification and Ozil Technology and treated more than 5 lakh patients. Her expertise includes Cataract, Glaucoma, Refractive errors and Diabetes related eye problems.
Dr. Dalal is a recipient of many awards and recognition for her exemplary services.

Dr. Tejal Dalal an inspiring social worker has done some exemplary and noteworthy activities towards betterment of the society:
Initiated and organized Rally on 10th October 2013 in Gandhinagar to create awareness for Eye Donation, which was flagged off by Hon’ble Health Minister of Gujarat Shri Nitinbhai Patel.
Worked with Gujarat state and central government of India to allow paramedical staff to collect corneas from donor, tremendously increasing eye donations in villages, expanding employment for paramedical staff and enabling eye transplants to many people.
Social initiatives include 200+ “Awareness Lectures on Avoidable Blindness & its eradication”
800+ “Free Eye Check-up & Diabetic Camps” attended by more than 80,000 patients across villages, cities, corporate, government sectors across Gujarat and Eye Donation rally in Gandhinagar.
She is on the panel of ONGC, Kalpataru, GSECL, and NGF, to name a few. She is also an active member of GSPC and GIPL “Sexual harassment of women committee”.

New corporate hospital in sector 6-C spread over 10,000 sqft area, which will encompass all eye health services under one roof.
